We then back them with our own guarantee of good workmanship. Before starting a job our representative will provide you with samples of different styles and colors, then gain your approval and spell out your choices on the written agreement.

Residential Roofing Materials

The most commonly used residential roofing material is a 20-year or 30-year warranteed composition shingle. This shingle is asphalt and fiberglass-based topped with colored granules. Major manufacturers include GAF, Elk, Owens Corning, Tamko and Atlas. Other types of residential roofing materials include metal standing seam, stone coated metal shingles, wood shingles, wood shakes and imitation slate. Our crews are experienced in all facets of commercial roofing applications. Rolled goods including torch down, cold applied and EPDM are available. We also have extensive experience in cold applied coatings which are frequently cost effective solutions.
